Computing Help Desk (Information Services)
The computing Help Desk answers questions about computers, software and networking used at TCU. They are your contact with Information Services when you need to report problems with the network, or are having trouble getting a computer to work. The "Logging On" and "Computers & Email" sections of this web site contain answers to the questions most often received at the Help Desk.
Library
The Mary Couts Burnett Library collection includes about 950,000 books, audio and video tapes, government documents, scores, and other items, about 11,000 online books and journals, and hundreds of databases for both general and highly specialized research. The "How to..." topics in the "Library Research" section of this web site provide excellent information on how to use the library if you are unfamiliar with it.
Center for Instructional Services
The Center for Instructional Services focuses on support for teaching, but also provides some services for students. CIS has equipment and professional staff trained in production of graphic arts materials, still photography and video, and computer-based instructional materials such as PowerPoint presentations. The "Writing" section of this web site contains links to CIS.
Writing Center
The William L. Adams Writing Center offers free tutorials and writing evaluations for TCU students, faculty and staff. The "Writing" section of this web site contains several links to the Writing Center.
